Katie (Kathryn) Boardman teaches Applied Museum Education and Interpretation, Introduction to Museum Education and Interpretation, Visitor Experience and coordinates with-in semester internships at CGP. A 1982 grad of CGP, she worked for 20 years at The Farmers’ Museum in curatorial and interpretation management.
Since 2003, Katie has worked as a partner with The Cherry Valley Group providing interpretive training and planning. She is the editor of The Bulletin of The Association of Living History, Farm and Agricultural Museums. Katie also performs historic and traditional music at community and museum venues and is the Director of Music at the Presbyterian church in Cooperstown.
